At Celestial Harvest we grow produce with utmost care for the land. We use only natural methods to grow 40 different varieties of fruits and vegetables. We also grow hay using only natural methods. We are on our second year of transition to organic certification by Minnesota Crop Improvement Association (www.mncia.org). We use no pesticides, herbicides, sythetic fertilizers, or genetically modified organisms in our operation.
